Prior to admittance into a venue, ONLINE purchases for Passes, Ten-Packs, Events and/or Film receipts must be exchanged for official festival tickets at the Box Office. Tickets will be provided by a festival representative.



Details:
Festival Passes (savings = $90): Guaranteed access to all films and events. Official Passes can be picked up at the Art Gallery of Hamilton (after September 12). You will receive your complimentary drink ticket when you show your pass at the Top Billing screening on Friday, September 23rd.
*Passes can be shared by more than one person, but can only be used once at the same film or event.

Ten-Packs (savings = $10): Ten films for the price of nine. Official Ten-Pack punch cards can be picked up at the Art Gallery of Hamilton (after September 12), or bring your on-line receipt to the Art Gallery of Hamilton and exchange it for individual film tickets of your preferred screenings.
*Ten-Packs are prefect for those who want to wait and choose their films later or share with many people coming to the same event.

Single Film Tickets: Just show up to your film selection with your on-line receipt and exchange it for your official ticket. The WFF Box Office will open at the venues 45 minutes prior to the start time to greet our enthusiastic film-goers!

  • Online Purchases: close midnight prior to film or event (i.e. Film on September 25 = Online sales close September 24 at 11:59 pm).
  • WFF Desk: available at the Art Gallery of Hamilton during Gallery Hours.
  • Mailing cut-off date: Monday, September 12, 2011.
  • All tickets and passes are transferable to other people for festival screenings where the original ticket/pass holder is not in attendance.
  • All tickets and passes are non-refundable and have no cash value.
  • Exchanges: Pre-purchased tickets to films or events of equal value can be exchanged prior to the date with a recorded proof of purchase.
